This beautiful girl, Miss Dana, was my last Senior of 2014. Loved ending the year with her, she is truly one of the sweetest girls. You’ll see, she is obviously a beautiful redhead and absolutely gorgeous with & without her glasses!! The girl is fierce! We had a great time, I slipped and fell, which I never mind…so long as my camera is alright! We started in a new lil spot then moved on to a field. D originally wanted flowers, but sadly, this time of year thats a no go. Not to worry, we ending up finding some new, really cool lil hidden gems! I was excited, I think D was too. 😉

Dana is a Senior at Frisco High where she on the Varsity Swim team, National Honor Society, and the Secretary of leo club. After she graduates, she plans on attending Texas Tech University where she’ll major in Communication Disorders.

This is my favorite time of year. Everything is a hustlin’ & bustlin’, lights beautify our streets with their glow and kids are so excited for so many reasons. People seem more joyous and stop to remember to reason for this glorious holiday. His saving grace, our Lord Jesus Christ. Christmas songs come out (for us0 the day after Thanksgiving and seem to be constant in the car. We seem to play Jingle Bells by Michael Bublé (a lot) ’cause all three can sing it and really?1 Who doesn’t love Bublé? Don’t get me started on Egg nog and other holiday treats…they’re so tasty and not so good for the derrière.

I did this same lil set up for my Mini’s this past year, but I didn’t get a good one of my littles. So! I set it up (again)in my backyard and we played. You’ll see our lil dog joined in on the fun as well!!

May your days be filled with love, happiness, friendship and fond memories of those who are no longer with us.

Holiday Mini Sessions | Lavon Farms

Mother nature has played quite a few tricks on me this past year. Well’ she didn’t disappoint when it came to our Mini sessions. I originally has them all scheduled for Saturday, wouldn’t you know it, it poured! Sunday was showing it was supposed to be a perfect day, thankfully I was able to get almost everyone ressceduled. Of course there is always some fall out when that happen, but what are ya gonna do?

So, here we were on a perfectly beautiful Texas morning at the Stable at Lavon Farms in Plano. It’s such a great lil spot, so many awesome places to shoot. All my families showed up looking as fabulous as fabulous can be. Thank you to all of you for being so willing to work with me & Ol’ Mother Nature! I hope to see you all in the coming years.

I had the peasure of shooting these two beautiful sisters for their holiday card, I even got Mom in on one!

B & A are as sweet as they are beautiful and I can’t wait to do B’s senior photos next year. These two have crazy busy schedules, as they’re involved in competitive cheer as well as at school. Glad we were able to find a date that worked for all of us.
