• First off, you’ve gotta love having your photos taken & being in front of the camera!
• You should be outgoing, fun & involved in extracurricular activities
• You must be willing to talk about your experience, your photos on Social media & state you are a model for JSP
• Each person that is referred by you will get $25 off their session, Rep with the most referrals (must have a min of 5) will get a FREE 16×20 Canvas with the photo of your choice
• You will be a part of two, yes two photo shoots!
  • One would be as a team in May, the other is your personal senior session which would take place Sept-Nov ’16
• You are responsible for paying for your Hair & MU for your Fall senior session.
• You may submit your application until 1.30.16 12pm CST

• To be a 2017 Senior
• Have parental consent with signed Model release
• Attend Meet & Greet, get full list of Perk details & finally find out what this years shoot will be!
•  Be a part of team shoot in May
